The 10-inch Freud FRDLU94M010 Plexiglass and Plastic Cutting Saw Blade is a heavy-duty, industrial blade designed to make smooth, clean cuts when working with a wide range of plastics. It features a modified, application-specific, triple-chip tooth grind, the long-term dependability of TiCo high-density carbide, and the anti-friction performance of Freud's Silver I.C.E. coating. And since it produces less heat than standard blades, you don't have to worry about synthetic work surfaces melting. This industrial blade cuts acrylics; polycarbonates and other plastics; leaving a smooth finish without melting. By combining micrograin carbide tips with a specially modified triple chip grind these blades will give a clean smooth cut. These blades produce less heat keeping the cut edge crisp.
