We developed 3M(TM) Lead Foil Tape 420 as an electrically and thermally conductive tape, highly conformable tape that resists flame, moisture, weather, UV degradation, chemicals and radiation. Mated with an easy-release liner, our malleable tape can be shaped into complex or detailed patterns or die-cut into specific shapes to meet assembly and manufacturing process needs.
3M(TM) Lead Foil Tape 420, linered tape used as a maskant in electroplating and as a moisture and radiation barrier in certain applications. Lead foil backing provides good conformability having electrically and thermally conductive properties. This linered tape can be easily die-cut into special sizes or shapes.
